Cross Cultural Approach

El estudiante aprende a cuestionar la importancia del contexto cultural durante el proceso de diseño. Este enfoque se concreta a través de diferentes prácticas en diseño gráfico, de producto, de interiores o de moda, para analizar las propuestas físicas o digitales que pueden derivarse de la investigación.

L’estudiant aprèn a qüestionar la importància del context cultural durant el procés de disseny. Aquesta perspectiva es concreta mitjançant diferents pràctiques en disseny gràfic, de producte, d’interiors o de moda, per a analitzar les propostes físiques o digitals que poden derivar-se de la recerca.

The student learns about the impact cultural context has on the design process. This approach is materialized through different practices in graphic, product, interior and fashion design, in order to analyze the physical and digital proposals that can be derived from this research.

Matteo Guarnaccia estudió Diseño de Producto en el IED Barcelona y construyó su experiencia profesional en Los Ángeles y Madrid en gran variedad de campos artísticos. Ha trabajado y colaborado con Tate Modern Exchange, Onomatopee, CERN, Kvadrat, Curro Claret, Médicos Sin Fronteras, Instituto de Estudios Postnaturales, Museo de Arte Moderno de Río de Janeiro o la Galería Nacional de Arte Moderno de Mumbai-India, entre otros.

Matteo Guarnaccia va estudiar Disseny de Producte a l’IED Barcelona i va construir la seva experiència professional a Los Angeles i Madrid en gran varietat de camps artístics. Ha treballat i col·laborat amb Tate Modern Exchange, Onomatopee, CERN, Kvadrat, Curro Claret, Metges Sense Fronteres, Institut d’Estudis Postnaturals, Museu d’Art Modern de Rio de Janeiro o la Galeria Nacional d’Art Modern de Mumbai-l’Índia, entre altres.

Matteo Guarnaccia studied Product Design at IED Barcelona and built his professional experience in Los Angeles and Madrid in a wide variety of artistic fields. He has worked and collaborated with Tate Modern Exchange, Onomatopee, CERN, Kvadrat, Curro Claret, Doctors Without Borders, the Institute of Postnatural Studies, the Museum of Modern Art of Rio de Janeiro and the National Gallery of Modern Art of Mumbai-India, among others.
